Public Offer

1. Definitions

1.1. Service — the “Wet Tortle” software service: the Telegram bot @dnd5char_bot, its Mini App and the website dnd-dm.ru.

1.2. Mana — the internal accounting unit of the Service. Mana is spent on game actions that require the AI dungeon master to work (adventure turns, scene generation and other functions listed in the Service interface).

1.3. Mana is not an electronic means of payment, a sum of money, a security or a cryptocurrency. Mana cannot be exchanged for money, cannot be withdrawn or transferred to other users, and is used solely inside the Service.

2. Subject of the offer

2.1. The Contractor provides the Customer with the amount of mana corresponding to the paid package, and the Customer pays for the chosen package in the manner established by this offer.

2.2. Basic mana packages as at the date this offer was published:

• “Trial” — 50 mana, RUB 100;
• “Basic” — 150 mana, RUB 300;
• “Standard” — 400 mana, RUB 800;
• “Advanced” — 800 mana, RUB 1,600;
• “Maximum” — 1,500 mana, RUB 2,999.

2.3. In addition to the basic packages, the Contractor may offer the Customer special offers with a limited validity period and a different price. The terms of such an offer (mana amount, price, period) are shown in the Service interface before payment.

2.4. The current list of packages and their prices is published in the “Shop” section of the Mini App and prevails over the list in clause 2.2. A change of prices does not affect purchases already made.

2.5. The basic features of the Service that do not consume mana are provided free of charge.

3. Conclusion of the contract

3.1. The contract is deemed concluded at the moment the Customer pays for the chosen mana package.

3.2. Payment means the Customer’s full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this offer and of the Privacy Policy.

3.3. By making a payment the Customer confirms that they are entitled to enter into transactions to the extent necessary to conclude this contract.

4. Payment procedure

4.1. Payment is made as a one-off payment in Russian roubles through the payment service NKO YuMoney LLC (YooKassa).

4.2. The Service makes no automatic recurring charges: there are no subscriptions and no auto-renewal, and the Customer’s payment method is not stored in the Service. Every purchase requires separate confirmation by the Customer.

4.3. Prices are stated in Russian roubles and include all applicable taxes and duties.

4.4. The moment of payment is the moment the payment is confirmed by the payment service.

4.5. An invoice that has been issued but not paid is cancelled automatically after 1 (one) hour; after that the purchase must be started again.

4.6. A fiscal receipt is issued in accordance with Federal Law No. 54-FZ of 22 May 2003.

5. Crediting of mana

5.1. Mana is credited to the Customer’s balance automatically after the payment is confirmed by the payment service — as a rule within a few minutes, but no later than 24 hours.

5.2. There is no time limit on using credited mana: it stays on the balance for as long as the Customer’s account exists in the Service.

5.3. If mana is not credited within the period stated in clause 5.1, the Customer should contact the Contractor at work@sunm8.ru, stating the date, the amount and the payment method.

6. Refunds

6.1. The Customer may cancel the purchase and claim a refund within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of the payment date:

• if the purchased mana has not been spent — the full price of the package is refunded;
• if the mana has been partly spent — the value of the unspent remainder is refunded pro rata to the package price.

6.2. Fully spent mana is non-refundable: the service is deemed rendered at the moment the mana is spent.

6.3. If a payment went through but mana was not credited through the Contractor’s fault, the money is refunded in full irrespective of the period stated in clause 6.1.

6.4. A refund claim is sent to work@sunm8.ru stating the date and amount of the payment and the Telegram account the mana was credited to. The review period is up to 10 (ten) business days.

6.5. The refund is made by the same method used for the payment, within 10 (ten) business days of the decision.

7. Rights and liability of the parties

7.1. The Service is in open beta testing. Individual features may change, be temporarily disabled and be reworked. The Contractor announces significant changes in advance in the Service’s Telegram channel.

7.2. The texts produced by the AI dungeon master are generated automatically by a language model and are of an artistic nature. The Contractor does not guarantee their accuracy, completeness or conformity with the Customer’s expectations, nor their full conformity with the rules of the tabletop game.

7.3. The Contractor is not liable for an inability to use the Service for reasons beyond its control: the Customer having no internet access, a fault in the Customer’s device, or failures of Telegram or of the payment service.

7.4. The Contractor may suspend the Customer’s access to the Service in the event of attempts to circumvent restrictions, to automate requests to the AI dungeon master or otherwise to disrupt the Service. In that case the Customer is refunded the value of the unspent mana remainder pro rata to the package price, irrespective of the period established by clause 6.1: the fourteen-day period does not apply to a refund upon suspension of access. The claim is filed under clause 6.4 and payment is made under clause 6.5.

7.5. The Contractor’s liability under this contract is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the mana package.

7.6. The Customer is responsible for keeping access to their Telegram account, which is used to sign in to the Service, secure.

8. Personal data

8.1. The processing of the Customer’s personal data is described in the Privacy Policy published at https://dnd-dm.ru/privacy/.

9. Miscellaneous

9.1. The Contractor may amend the terms of the offer. A new version takes effect once published at https://dnd-dm.ru/oferta/ and applies to purchases made after publication.

9.2. Disputes are resolved through negotiation; failing agreement, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

9.3. Enquiries about payments and about the Service are accepted at work@sunm8.ru and in Telegram at @sunm8.
